At YSI we have taken proactive steps to provide you with a high quality tolerancing instrument designed to bring you incredible results.  All of our FloorPro® models are constructed by highly trained technicians in the USA, to function optimally right out of the box.  Every newly manufactured FloorPro® is put through a rigorous, multi-day quality control process, and thoroughly tested and calibrated prior to being sent to you.

In order to avoid costly repairs we recommend taking the following steps each and every time you use your FloorPro®. 

1. Avoid dropping the instrument
2. When not in use, the FloorPro® rocker switch should be left in the “OFF” position.
3. Wipe your FloorPro® off with a clean dry cloth before returning it to its carrying case.
4. Do not immerse your FloorPro® in water.

1.  Laser diode is not working or is unsealed (Repairs and maintenance should be performed only by YSI.)
2.  Wheeltrack alignment is off (You might need a Calibration instead)
3.  Electrical Discharge due to excessive water in the housing body
