At YSI we have taken proactive steps to provide you with a high quality tolerancing instrument designed to bring you incredible results. All of our FloorPro® models are constructed by highly trained technicians in the USA, to function optimally right out of the box. Every newly manufactured FloorPro® is put through a rigorous, multi-day quality control process, and thoroughly tested and calibrated prior to being sent to you.
In order to avoid costly repairs we recommend taking the following steps each and every time you use your FloorPro®.

Avoid dropping the instrument

When not in use, the FloorPro® rocker switch should be left in the “OFF” position.

Wipe your FloorPro® off with a clean dry cloth before returning it to its carrying case.

Do not immerse your FloorPro® in water.
Proper care of your FloorPro® will allow it to last years and return huge investments to you and your company.

Why Your FloorPro® Might Need Repair
Although repairs are not common with FloorPro® models there are times when repairs are necessary. Should your FloorPro® require repair we are fully ready to meet your needs and get your FloorPro operating optimally in a fast and reliable manner. The top three reasons for repair are:
1. Laser diode is not working or is unsealed (Repairs and maintenance should be performed only by YSI.)
2. Wheeltrack alignment is off (You might need a Calibration instead)
3. Electrical Discharge due to excessive water in the housing body
