The FloorPro® Hardware Warranty
YSI® instruments are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of shipment to original purchaser. The liability of the Seller under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any instrument or component thereof during the warranty period provided that the instrument has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident. The instrument will be returned to YSI at the Buyer's expense. The Seller shall have the right to final determination as to the existence and cause of a defect. In no event shall the Seller be liable for collateral or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed, implied or statutory; and no agreement extending or modifying it will be binding upon the Seller unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer.
Receiving Inspection
Every YSI FloorPro® is carefully inspected and in perfect working condition at the time of shipment. The FloorPro® should be checked as soon as received. If the unit is damaged in any way, or fails to operate, a claim should be filed immediately with the transportation company.
To Secure Your Warranty
We value you as a client and want to continually supply you with superior products and services that meet your needs. That is why we guarantee you a thorough evaluation of your FloorPro® and a comprehensive determination as to the existence and cause of the defect in your instrument.
Please gain prior approval from YSI before shipping your FloorPro® in its entirety to our offices with a thorough description of the problem and our dedicated staff will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your FloorPro®. Include your contact information so we can reach you immediately after our determination has been made.

Returns
If the FloorPro® requires service, first contact YSI or order a repair analysis here for fastest results. Problems may be solved without having to return the unit. If it is determined that warranty service is required, obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before returning it. This number is obtained from YSI® at (303) 565-1780 with the following information:
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Description of the Problem
