FloorPro® Hardware Warranty

Depending on the package you've ordered, you are entitled to a warranty of 90 days or 1 year.

Basic: 90 Days Part and Labor Warranty (Shipping Extra)

or

Gold and Platinum: 1 Year Warranty 365 Day Parts and Labor (Shipping Included)

YSI® instruments are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship per the term above from date of shipment to original purchaser. The liability of the Seller under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any instrument or component thereof during the warranty period provided that the instrument has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident. The instrument will be returned to YSI® at the Buyer's expense.  The Seller shall have the right to final determination as to the existence and cause of a defect. In no event shall the Seller be liable for collateral or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed, implied or statutory; and no agreement extending or modifying it will be binding upon the Seller unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer.

Receiving Inspection

Every YSI FloorPro® is carefully inspected and in perfect working condition at the time of shipment. The FloorPro® should be checked as soon as received. If the unit is damaged in any way, or fails to operate, a claim should be filed immediately with the transportation company.

Returns

Often, problems may be solved without having to return the unit. Please read the manuals. If it is determined the FloorPro® needs to be returned, call YSI® at 303.565.1780.
