FloorPro® Specification Reference and Tolerance

TEMPERATURE TOLERANCES

The temperature range for the FloorPro® is -18º to +60º centigrade (0º to +140º Fahrenheit). At temperatures lower than 0º C (32º F), battery voltage reductions may reduce FloorPro® speed and may cause the FloorPro® to stop.

MEASUREMENT LENGTH

F-numbers use 12 inch slope data per ASTM E1155. TruFlat® Software automatically generates 12" slope measurement data from the FloorPro® 6" slope data by both the on-board computer and the TruFlat® Software. See Chapter 4.4 for F Numbers in the TruFlat® Manual.

The Waviness Index and the Straightedge Indices are also based on 12" data. However, when computing these two indices in your computer, there is the option of using 6” OR 12” data. Set Chapter 4.1 and 4.2 in the TruFlat® Manual.

When calculating Defined Wheel Track Tolerances, always use the 6" measurement spacing per Chapter 4.3 in the TruFlat® Manual.
